The City of Flagstaff Stormwater Section Staff will assist in flood zone determinations using FEMA flood maps. Standard information provided includes: FIRM community number, SFHA zone location, and 100-year flood elevation at the property line. The stormwater section has established an Illicit Discharge Detection & Elimination hotline number at 213-4823. Discharges occur as a result of negligence or accidents, and sometimes they are even a purposeful disregard for the environment. Regardless of the cause, it is important to prevent pollutants from entering local washes. To report a discharge please call the hotline number at 213-4823 or e-mail directly to David McKee at dmckee@flagstaffaz.gov
